121 Comprehensive School “Georgi Izmirliev”
The 121st Comprehensive School “Georgi Izmirliev” is an educational institution with a long-standing tradition and modern infrastructure, providing quality education from preparatory class to 12th grade. With diverse educational and cultural programs, the school actively stimulates the development of its students. Over the years, it has undergone significant growth and today is one of the largest schools in Sofia.
The school offers single-shift education for all students, who attend classes on a full-day basis. In addition to core subjects, there are opportunities to study a second foreign language of choice and additional classes in Bulgarian language, mathematics, and foreign languages. Emphasis on extracurricular activities gives students the chance to develop their talents and pursue various interests.
The school has two modern educational buildings adapted to the needs of different classes. Among its modern facilities are classrooms for each parallel class, STEM centers, a programming and robotics lab, a natural sciences lab, a computer room, sports facilities, as well as rooms for safe movement and interactive learning. All of these create an ideal environment for comprehensive development and preparation of students for the future.
Without our teachers and their innovative and modern approaches, the school could not successfully prepare and educate the future citizens of our society.
